Pet care tips

Little habits, big difference

01

Brush between visits

A few minutes of brushing two or three times a week keeps mats at bay and makes salon days quicker for everyone.

02

Start handling early

Touch your puppy or kitten's paws, ears, and tail daily from day one — it makes their first groom a breeze.

03

Watch the seasons

Heavy shedders benefit from a de-shed treatment in spring and fall. Long coats need more frequent visits in humid months.

Biscuit used to shake the whole car ride to the groomer. Now he trots in like he owns the place. The team here is something special.

We never thought we'd find a groomer our cat actually tolerated. Mochi purrs through her bath now. Honestly magic.

FAQ

Good to know

Not finding what you need? Send us a note.

Do you groom cats as well as dogs?+

Yes! We have a quiet, separate cat suite and stylists specifically trained in low-stress feline handling. Cat appointments are scheduled in calm windows away from dog activity.

How long does a typical groom take?+

Most dog full grooms take 2–3 hours. Cat grooms typically run 60–90 minutes. We schedule small windows so your pet isn't waiting in a kennel — they're with us, then they're home.

Do you offer recurring appointments?+

Yes — and we recommend them. Most clients book on a 4, 6, or 8-week rhythm. We'll save your slot with your preferred groomer.

What should I bring to a first appointment?+

Just your pet, a leash or carrier, and any notes about temperament, allergies, or skin conditions. We'll handle the rest.

Do you groom puppies and kittens?+

Absolutely. Our Puppy and Kitten Intros are shorter, gentler visits designed to build positive associations from day one.

Where are you located?+

We're at 218 Linden Lane in Cedar Hollow, with easy street parking and a quiet calm-down area inside.
